Today is American Independence Day.  On July 4, 1776, America with its Declaration Of Independence, marked its separation from England, and the initiation of the Greatest Country on God’s Green Earth.  In addition to becoming a country of its own, America became the first in all of human history.  What First, you ask?  America became the first nation-state founded upon an Idea.  The Idea that All People are Created Equal, under God.  America was not a territory, or an ethnic identity, or a family.  Any Person who subscribed to the idea of equality under God could become an American.  America was designed by its genius Founders, to leave behind the inherited aristocracy of England, and to allow anyone, male or female, black, white, yellow or any other color, to become an American and contribute to making his way and his country great.

I don’t care if they’re rich, middle class, third or fourth quintile.  It’s the people that make this country great, not government, and not government policies, and not government regulations.  It is the freedom that we all acknowledge we have that allows us to pursue whatever our dreams and ambitions are, as unfettered as any people in the history of civilization have ever been.

That’s what sets us apart from all other countries in the history of human civilization…

Today in America, we are standing on the precipice of the loss of our Liberty, due to the encroachment of Collectivist, Communist ideology promulgated by an Elite which wishes to Rule us, and not Govern.  Another principal idea stated by our Founders was the Consent of the Governed.  The Leftist DemocRat party has made the Administrative State so powerful that that consent has almost been undone.

So, when you are out under the stars this evening, watching the fireworks which represent the Greatness of America:
