Yesterday, a Federal Court denied the motion to allow the Biden regime to throw out Dustin Kittle’s suit, filed to require Biden to undergo testing, and move to appoint someone to a Farm Credit Board. The spot has been vacant for years, and the Board cannot operate with a less-than-quorum number.
