2021, a year of Destruction, Tyranny, and Inexpressible Loss in America

The unfortunate year of 2021 is almost at its close, and I wish to recount many of the goings-on which have made it so unfortunate.  From shortly after the new year made its appearance, and through the entire year, the populace in America has been subjected to unrelenting tyranny, from both the political and medical …

A great post on the current US labor shortage: Reblogged from PoliticallyIncorrectHumor.com

Joe Messerli lays it all out for you and me. All you need is right here. Thanks, Joe!! Help Wanted signs are everywhere in America. Most of our lives we've been taught that a low unemployment rate is good, but that was contingent on a society with a high workforce participation rate. In the Biden …

What does it say about the Republican Party of Washington State…

When its only state-wide elected office-holder takes a job in the corrupt Biden administration?  I now regret the two times I voted for Kim Wyman.  She has shown us that she is completely untrustworthy.  May she be miserable in the Other Washington.  "Answers the Call of Duty", my ass. Wyman, who battled misinformation from some …

I have not been following the Kyle Rittenhouse trial closely, but I am pleased with the ultimate outcome. Not Guilty on all charges.

Young Mr. Rittenhouse was helping to protect friends in Kenosha, Wisconsin, against BLM and Antifa protestors who were burning and looting businesses last summer, and he was legally armed.  He shot people in the mob, who were threatening him, and we know how those "protestors" destroyed the livelihoods of many innocent people all over the …

This hurts. The news that my Hero, Rush Limbaugh, is well and truly gone.

For the past month, my email has produced notifications, from the EIB Network which was built by Rush Limbaugh, that the Limbaugh Letter would be produced for the final time in October.  Each month, since Hubby and I merged households in 2003, we have received our Limbaugh Letter in the mail.  Every issue was chock-full …

Intriguing election results from November 2

The press has been very active since early yesterday, registering and reacting to all the election results from around the country.  Not only did the state of Virginia turn a lot redder (electing a new governor and state assembly members), but locally the Deepest Blue city of Seattle seems to have chosen a new City …

A pithy statement from the President of Hillsdale College

Yesterday, Hubby and I went to Bellevue, to a reception for Hillsdale College.  There were hors d'oeuvres beforehand, then a talk by my hero, Dr. Larry Arnn, then a dessert buffet later.  Dr. Arnn was supposed to be speaking about the issue on most of our minds, education and American politics.  We knew the minute …

Bad news for Facebook is good news for me (and probably for society)

Schadenfreude, anyone?  It seems that the Facebook Empire was taken down today, probably by a hacker.  From this story on the Fox News web site, all parts of the company, including Facebook, Instagram, and What'sApp, were completely unavailable today, all over the world.  Rumors also have it that Facebook employees were prevented from entering their …

Terror on September 11

Twenty years ago, on September 11, 2001, a band of Islamic terrorists wrought havoc on our homeland of America.  They hijacked commercial airliners, and flew them into the World Trade Center in New York, the Pentagon in Washington DC, and, due to the courage of the passengers, into a field in Pennsylvania.  Everyone alive today …
