Unlike Tina, I don’t have access to Photoshop or any photo-editing program except for what comes with the Mac OS in Photos. I did have some fun with a photo I took yesterday, in a walk through a forest preserve. I tried to make it somewhat sinister.
At a local park by a lake, I took this picture pointing straight down. It’s hard to really figure out what the picture shows.
At the same park, the water itself seems surreal. I asked myself, “What evil lurks below the surface?”
And, at the same place:
If you look at the lower right-hand corner, you can almost see the painting “The scream” in the water pattern! Also, at the left, the shadow of the tree creates a place where the reflection disappears, and you can see what is under the surface. It doesn’t get much more surreal than that.
Here’s the Link to Tracy’s Original Post for this week. Thanks! And a link to Tina’s post too.
Well done RB – obviously creativity is great without any fancy software. Especially liked the water images.
Beautiful photos, especially those last two. The inky squiggles in the last one may catch your eye quicker, but the stones visible through the broken surface of the one before that really repays the attention
