Just when you thought it was safe to go about your (increasingly constrained) life in our beautiful state, news breaks about what our Democrat Overlords have in store for us. We have known that they were working on a “snitch line”, or “bias incident reporting” hotline for our neighbors to report when they have been made to feel discriminated-against. This has now come to pass, and the hotline will be activated on January 1 of 2025.
Now, the above post covers both the bias-incident-reporting (snitch, or Stasi) hotline, and the related “domestic violent extremism” task force. That task-force was supposed to be initiated through a bill in the heavily-Democrat legislature last year, but it failed to pass. Many of us breathed sighs of relief when the bill failed, but our betters in Olympia had other plans. It seems that they included Taxpayer Dollars in their budget for that task force, so it can be initiated in the absence of enabling legislation. And that is exactly what has happened. The bottom graphic above shows very clearly that this “task force” plans to monitor the behavior of citizens who are potential domestic extremists, up to and including opinions expressing skepticism about the integrity of our all-mail-ballot elections.
There was a public Zoom meeting of the domestic extremist task force, which is populated entirely by Leftist activists, wishing to suppress the opposition to their designs by the ordinary citizens of the state of Washington. Anyone, basically, could sign up to attend the online meeting. I understand that many of the conservatives here on X did so. Here’s a bit of background.

We conservatives in Washington State are already being monitored by the current AG’s (and future governor starting in January) buddies. With the new snitch line coming online in January, the newly-activated Stasi of Washington will be able to set consequences for behavior which they (and your neighbors) deem “extremist”.

Just in case anyone needs a reminder, Hate Speech is Protected Speech, under the First Amendment to the US Constitution. These government actors have NO right to monitor our behavior, restrict our free speech rights, or deem us domestic terrorists, no matter how much money is allocated from their budget. The Task Force is illegal and blatantly unconstitutional, but they do it anyway. Meanwhile, they ignore the obvious violent extremism of their fellow leftists of AntiFa and Black Lives Matter, who wrought havoc in the summer of 2020. Violent extremism is perfectly fine, if it’s their compatriots doing it. And the voters of Seattle and King County voted for this.
