Did someone say “Kittens”? Yep, and here they are.

Yesterday I received an email from Purrfect Pals, saying that there were some kittens with a room of their own. Normally, their little kittens are fostered, but this group is on premises. I yelped with joy, since I love little kittens and we are looking for some (Kikyo died in July so the house needs its cat fix, and so do we). Today was my normal volunteer day, so I was excited to spend part of my shift with the kittens. I was not disappointed, and I spent a very pleasant hour watching them run around, play with toys and each other, and come up and meet me. Heaven for a cat lover!

Four Rambunctious Kittens

There are two tuxedos and two tabby/calicos. Everybody came up to meet me, and I got purrs from at least three of them. It’s hard to tell, since they were so active, just like little kittens should be.

You can see at one point they all decided it was time for a snack, so everyone lined up and had some kibble. After that, it was back to playing.

They play-fight, and have a fun time of it.

They all loved that bat-the-ball toy

This little one was tired from all that batting the ball, so took a rest.

Two play-fight, one watching!

Kittens being kittens!

This Tuxie decided it’s time for a nap

I had a very fun hour with the four little kittens, and now I go talk to Hubby about maybe adopting two of them. I loved them all! Which ones did you like the best?

You can always donate to Purrfect Pals like I do, or volunteer if you are in the Arlington, Washington area. PurrfectPals.org is where to go!
