A VERY popular phrase used by Republicans running for office is "Democrat Failed Policy." By this, they mean the urban devastation, drug overdoses, failing schools, exodus of productive people and businesses, and blighted neighborhoods found in mostly black Democrat-governed metropolitan areas.
