I read Ayn Rand’s huge novel, Atlas Shrugged, in high school, and I liked it then.  And it seems pretty pertinent now.  Here is a quote from that book.  To me, it sounds like what is going on in our country today.

In my opinion, Americans need to wake up and resist the not-so-gradual enslavement of the American people to the Marxist Left.  Your liberty is reduced every day.  Wake up and fight!
