…and also shows how litigious our society has become.  What should be immediately obvious is that this dish contains two potential allergens.  Anyone reading the menu can see what its two main ingredients are.  Did they really need the disclaimer?  My bet is their legal team required it.  I will spare the restaurant by not including their name.  Suffice it to say they are local and have just three outlets.
