Proof of the insanity of the Democrat Party

A high-ranking Democrat in Congress has issued a threat against any country cooperating with our President, Donald Trump. This is treasonous behavior.

Treason?

Many conservatives are wondering why Trump’s administration has not taken action against this and other Democrats who are trying to tear down the government that we elected.

When? Not if the Dems come back to power? The problem is this veiled threat is intended to sabotage efforts of the current and popularly elected administration to improve the economic well being of most Americans. And the answer the Dems have is to tell the rest of the world, ‘Don’t do that!’ The Dems are the last people to understand why they lost the elections of 2024. Their candidate allowed an unseen cabal to run our economy and resources into the ground without apology. People suffered from high inflation and corruption was rampant. It would seem the rep would be more comfortable being a subject of the Canadian Commonwealth rather than one of the few western ‘democracies’ where elections can still make a difference. Raskin is just one of many Democrats seeking to first return control of Congress to the Dems so they can frustrate and impeach Trump four more times. As for their ‘threat,’ it tells you all you need to know about the Dems: they’re all about punishing their enemies (and rewarding their friends), not about improving life for ordinary citizens. Raskin is for the continuation of globalism, which failed. Trump is for ending globalism that has been squeezing the US economy dry. Advice for Trump? Don’t interrupt an opponent when they are in the middle of making a mistake.

I wonder if this might be a good place to apply the Logan Act. If the Logan Act doesn’t apply here, then it should not apply anywhere. I’m all in favor of making the people who make the rules be the ones who have to pay the attorneys to get the rules declared unconstitutional.

I’m not suggesting Raskin not receive severe sanctions – applying the Logan Act seems a no-brainer – but there’s an advantage to not driving Democrat insanity and threats underground, but instead keeping all of it front and center. Democrats want to destroy the United States as a Constitutional Republic and turn its citizens into subjects whom they can lord over; the more publicity they get for that the shakier the ground on which they stand.

And, for those who think this is merely infantile ranting from The Frustrated, be aware that violence is a favored tool of The left, and violence will be required at some point to defend ourselves against it.

Isn’t this threat of revenge the same thing they are accusing Trump of doing; going after those who opposed him before?

Reprehensible behavior, to be sure, but not treason. The Constitution states that treason only applies in times of war. And yes, this also includes the “or adhering to their enemies” bit, as US Code defines “enemy” as an entity engaged in war with against the United States. (It also defines “war” as military action, so “trade wars” and such do not count.)
