So many people are “on Food Stamps” that when the government is shut down by DemocRat intransigence, people literally go crazy. Starting with LBJ’s Great Society program in the 1960s, and continuing until Obama and Biden actively recruited people to go on the public dole and Biden allowed millions of illegal aliens to suck at the public teat (blatantly against Federal law!), the program has snowballed. Today, the figure given for the number of US residents on food stamps (SNAP, EBT) is close to 42 Million People! Yes, you read that correctly, Forty-two Million People are drawing food stamp benefits, many illegally!
When the government withdraws the opium of federal benefits, that most have become addicted to, withdrawal symptoms set in, and this time is no different. What is different this time is the existence of Social Media, like the Chinese video site TikTok. The pure entitlement of long-time EBT recipients about to lose their benefits is seen in the many videos made public by welfare queens who are vowing to STEAL food from stores if their benefits cease. This time, the Left’s masks are abandoned, and people publicly vow to engage in criminal behavior if they can’t get their taxpayer-funded benefits. We already see almost unlimited shoplifting by these people, since many stores forbid their employees from stopping the shoplifters in the act, thus encouraging this behavior!
Here are some of those videos, of people who tell you that you can expect them to blatantly steal your groceries, from the store or out of your shopping cart!
Speaking of blatant, how about a Federal Employee committing food stamp fraud! You pay this employee, and the fraudulent money is YOUR taxes!
Please also notice that this employee is black, and may know or be related to many other food stamp fraudsters. Criminals in good jobs often involve their extended families in their crimes.
And then, there’s the illegals scam, where foreigners illegally in the country are drawing benefits to which they are not entitled. Thank Biden for this little number, since he opened the borders, invited them in, and supported them once they arrived, with YOUR money!
Have you seen enough now? Do you understand what your government has been doing to the country’s own finances, and your pocketbook? Scream bloody murder to your representatives in Congress, and watch carefully at your local stores after November 1. Your grocery cart and possibly your life may be in danger, if these insane crooks do what they say that they will do.

Well – that was depressing to watch. How do comments work here?
Just like they do anywhere! I love comments and try to reply to each one. Yep, very depressing and alarming. Better the enemy you know, though. Just think how long we were ignorant of how our tax money was being spent.
Not much left to say. I am an old guy, and remember well when the ‘Food Stamp Act’ was enacted in 1964, I was a precocious 11 year old in a hardcore FDR Democrat Family. By the early 1970s, when I was still a serious Democrat, I was all for it. The way it was sold was that it was a great way to help children and their parents and guardians who were temporarily unemployed, or having other problems. Sounded great. These people, down on their luck, would be given some needed help to get them through bad times, so they could find work and then ‘get off of food stamps.’ They would celebrate being in control of their lives again, and silently say thanks you to the ‘taxpayers’ that helped them out.
Oh boy – was I naïve in the day. If you go to the US Government Website for Food Stamps, one sees in interesting thing. All through the timeline they keep saying this. Participation Milestone – followed by an ever growing number. Strange, it’s like the the higher the number, the better. The current number is about 42 million I think. They seem to be saying we need to get that number up to say 90 million or more to show how successful the program is – OK? And the people in the article talking on social media – not surprised at all – but depressing. Sadly, one cannot say anything about the current Food Stamp Program (SNAP – EBIT Cards) other than being a cheerleader. If one does, they get a big dose of nasty name calling. It strikes me as a little strange for people to go on social media, we can see their faces, and brag about how they are going to commit crimes – almost bragging about it. Far out man.
They do that, because they assume there will be no consequences. That may have been true in the past, but maybe not so much going forward. I am a bit older than you, and have the same memories. Cheers to you!
I’m hearing rumblings in the Trump-sympathetic elements of the talk radio media that Trump insists there will be no cut-off of SNAP (food stamp) benefits come November first. TACO.
Sigh.
