And now, for the Rest of the Kittycat Story.

I wrote about the terminal cute black kittens yesterday. Here are the rest of the little felines I sat with that afternoon.

I had the obligatory visit with aged Matcha. He’s a boy, and over 17 years old, which might explain his lethargy. He let me sit down on the bench where he was stretched out in a sun-puddle.

Old Matcha

His coat needs grooming, but he didn’t want me to do it, so I just sat and talked to him for a while.

In the next room were some cats who needed a special diet.

Got three!

One on my lap, and two more beside me on the bench. I felt honored that they would trust me that much. And when I got up to leave, I took some of their hair with me! So much that all my clothes went in the wash when I got home.

My last room to visit was the room where cats with feline AIDS were. They all seemed pretty happy, lying around in the warm sunshine.

Precious!

You would never know these kittens were sick. All three kittens are litter-mates, and the shelter wants them all adopted together.

I really did get my cat fix yesterday!
