I must have hundreds of pictures of the beautiful Christmas lights in the “Bavarian Village” of Leavenworth, Washington.  Here’s one of my favorites.

Leavenworth is in the Cascade Mountains, just west of Wenatchee on US Highway 2.  Every summer, my husband goes there to the International Accordion Celebration.  We try to drive up there a couple of times more each year, to enjoy the beautiful scenery and eat at our favorite restaurants, and watch the lighting festival on a Saturday night in December.
