Cee Neuner runs a bunch of fun photo challenges.  First, she runs her “Flower of the Day” (FOTD) challenge…daily!  Then, weekly she has her CMMC (Cee’s Midweek Madness Challenge).  So, this week’s CMMC challenge topic is “Rainbow Colors/more than four colors in your photo“.  [links are to today’s challenges]  Well, it just so happens that I have photos that fill both requirements!

These two views of the gorgeous flowers my husband sent me for Valentine’s Day this year, fulfill both challenges.  The bouquet has more than four colors, and, of course, they are flowers!

Now, I also have some rather nice rainbow pictures, taken in three different places in Washington State.

From left to right, the first one was taken from in front of my house in Everett.  The second one was taken in the “Bavarian Village” of Leavenworth, just on the East side of the Cascade Mountains in Central Washington.  And the one on the right was taken off the ferry dock at Kingston, on the Kitsap Peninsula.  With our rainy climate here in Western Washington, we do often have ideal conditions for rainbows.
