I have been relying on The Epoch Times lately to keep me up-to-date on anything to do with Communist China, especially their Covid lockdowns.  Today, they are providing information on all the places with voting-machine problems.  This article mentions these places as having holdups in casting or tabulating ballots:

Mercer County, New Jersey (Princeton)

Harris County, Texas (Houston)

Indianapolis, Indiana
