My readers will already be aware of the new, unconstitutional income tax just passed with glee and celebrations by our commie legislature. Really, there are videos being passed around of the DemocRats in the legislature celebrating its passage. Tech businesses, restaurants, digital advertising agencies, and wealthy investors have already begun the process of leaving Washington to get out from under an income tax that they know is unlawful per our State Constitution. Hell, even Howard Schultz, the one who got Starbucks on its feet, has already moved to Florida.
Just today, the Mayor of Lake Stevens, a town not far from me in Snohomish County, has announced that he is resigning, and moving to Idaho.
Just this week, I noted that Thurston County had passed an ordinance requiring an “energy score”, paid for by the seller, in order to sell a house in the County. Well, very shortly thereafter, the City of Olympia (in Thurston County) also adopted the same ordinance. It requires a professional evaluation of EVERY home for sale, carried out by a limited number of qualified inspectors, and costing $350 to the seller to be able to sell his home. Increasing the cost of housing, probably passed along to the buyer in total, and putting buying a home further out of reach for less-than-wealthy citizens.

Our state has so many “environmental” laws, regulations, and taxes in service of a big hoax. Remember when our former governor ran for President, promising to be the “Environmental Candidate”? Well, the moment he was out of office, he fled to IDAHO!! “Stick around, Suckers” he said to the citizens of his former state.
And then, there’s the unlawful Washington State “Covenant” law, setting aside state taxpayer money to minorities for home purchases. That’s unlawful discrimination, and there is a lawsuit before the Trump Administration HUD as we speak, attempting to overturn that law. Its prospects look pretty good, too.

The Seattle Homeless-Industrial Complex is all in for “housing first” and “harm reduction”. Here’s how that plays out.
Supposedly, harm-reduction includes encouragement of drug addiction. Providing clean needles and other drug paraphernalia is supposed to prevent deaths from overdoses. Huh? By letting people continue their habit? Yep. The Left thinks they are being compassionate, and WE pay the price.
Confiscating Church property for Sound Transit, which is losing money hand over fist, and taxing everything that moves, and doesn’t. Oh, yes, AND cutting its service that was planned for Ballard, and delaying West Seattle, since they are so far over budget and behind schedule. But, President Down Constantine of course keeps his $600,000 a year cushy salary.
Well, some people are trying to fight back.
Can we get 400,000 signatures in three months? We have to, if we want the State to lift the boot that it has on our necks.

I would strongly support a law by initiative to erase all voter rolls after each presidential election. Then you have 4 years to re-enroll. Of course, most will want to before the next election of any type. But that will clear off phantom voters. It would also reduce the number of little special elections in the first two years if you need to have a certain percent of votes by the last voter roll size. The corrupt parties may just re-sign up the old names of children or invented family names, but it will take time and effort and increase the risk of exposure and prosecution.
