For some reason, I've been paying attention to clouds lately, and noticing the many different form that water vapor in our atmosphere can take. From fluffy white, to menacing dark gray, to wispy mares' tails, clouds are just beautiful to gaze upon. I've taken some new photos, and brought together some from my photo library. …

Retired, well-educated Purchasing professional in aerospace field. I discovered Rush Limbaugh in 2001, and spoke to him on the radio in 2005. I mourn his passing every day. My husband and I both lost our employment due to the Government response to the Wuhan Coronavirus; I despise the Health Nazis who are ruining my country. We are endowing a scholarship at Hillsdale College, the last bastion of Liberty in America.
Banality of Evil…Planned Parenthood Butchers Babies
I didn't think I'd have need to use this photograph again. My friends and I have been heartsick the past week, as the videos detailing the evil done by Planned Parenthood have been gradually revealed in videos. Just when it seems that the situation could not be more terrifying, the pro-life group releases a new …

Socialism Doesn’t Work…Even at 70K
Funny, normally the levelers known as Socialists or Communists prefer to bring the high-earners down so everyone is "equal". This business owner in Seattle tried it the other way, making the minimum salary at his tech firm $70,000 per year. Yes, even new hires with less experience were paid at that rate, higher to start …
Reading the Outlander Series-And Learning! Updated-See Italics Below
For the past few months, I have been reading Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series of novels, about a nurse after World War II, who falls through standing stones in Scotland, and lands 200 years in the past. Her adventures are totally engrossing, and I have been literally losing sleep, as I hate to close the book, …

Photo Challenge: Close Up
Anywhere there can be Life, there IS Life: Even on a seemingly inhospitable surface as a granite rock, lichen and mosses grow. Nature's God fills every niche, and some niches support life, upon life, upon life. This is especially so in the Pacific Northwest, where ample rainfall encourages growth year-round. https://dailypost.wordpress.com/dp_photo_challenge/close-up/
What the Mainstream Media Keep from You-The Iran Deal
So, what do you think of the "deal" the Obama Administration has "negotiated" with Iran (the world's greatest sponsor of terrorism)? The people whose opinions I value most ALL think this will be detrimental to world order, arm more terrorists who shout "Death to America!", start a Middle East nuclear arms race, and spell the …

Going Hillsdale and AEI-No Social Security or Medicare for Me
I guess that makes me a risk-taker. I am currently 66 years old, my full SS retirement age, which makes me Social Security and Medicare-eligible. A couple of years ago, I made the decision to reject both SS and Medicare. I am gainfully employed, and expect to be employed for the foreseeable future. I am …

Update to Coining a new Phrase- “Going Hillsdale” AND “Going AEI”
You are probably aware that I am a big supporter of Hillsdale College in Michigan. And that one of their main claims to fame is that they do not accept one red cent of government money; that enables them to teach the liberal arts exactly the way those arts should be taught. Hillsdale's refusal …

Weekly Photo Challenge…Symbol
This is the most powerful Symbol of my People, The Jews. This is the Western (or Wailing) Wall, in Jerusalem, the last remnant of the Second Temple, destroyed by the Romans in the year 70CE. When I was there, in 2007, this took me, and shook me to my core. A constant reminder of the …
Celebrate Independence Day
The Declaration of Independence, along with the US Constitution, is arguably the free world's finest attestation to the values that underpin the world's most influential Republic. Reflect on it today, and contemplate the consequences if Americans embrace tyranny right here at home. Think about the phrase, "Consent of the Governed". Does that still resonate …
