Twenty years ago, on September 11, 2001, a band of Islamic terrorists wrought havoc on our homeland of America. They hijacked commercial airliners, and flew them into the World Trade Center in New York, the Pentagon in Washington DC, and, due to the courage of the passengers, into a field in Pennsylvania. Everyone alive today remembers where they were, what they were doing when it happened, and what they did and how they felt afterwards.
For a short time after the horrific event, America was united in patriotism for our country, and firmly in favor of eliminating terrorists wherever they were hiding. It’s a shame that that time was so short. It didn’t take very long for the Left in our country to start defending the Islamic terrorists, and denigrating our country. When some terror leaders and followers were captured and imprisoned in Guantanamo, the Left defended them, and rained down opprobrium on the horrible Americans who were making the terrorists’ lives so uncomfortable. Personally, I reacted with horror to see fancy lawyers defending the terrorists; and shame that many of those lawyers were Jews. [but I remembered then, and now, that Leftists are Leftist first, and Jewish and everything else later].
Today, we remember, and recount the events of September 11, 2001, so that the day will “live in infamy”. The events of that day will affect America forever. I just hope that we have learned the real lessons of the Day of Terror; that terrorists are not lawbreakers, but warriors, and that terrorism must be fought like a war, and not like a “justice” issue (the way the Left has been doing for two decades). This man must be avenged.
Right here, right now, innocent American citizens are being thought of as “domestic terrorists” for their opposition to the Leftist tyranny of the Health Nazis and Big Tech. People whose only “crime” is to oppose the deplatforming of heroes like President Donald Trump and General Michael Flynn, are being treated like scum, and threatened with destruction. This is the most un-American movement in history, and it is tearing the country apart, with “malice aforethought”.
So, today, remember the events of September 11, 2001, but do not take your eyes off what is happening today either.
They have deprived the word of its meaning and have supplanted their own.
