From the header photo, you can see that Washington is blessed with abundant natural beauty. From the Pacific Ocean to the Cascade Mountains to the Mighty Columbia River, God has endowed our state with every possible kind of wild and scenic landscape. Well…

Maybe not all of the landscapes are quite as scenic as they used to be. Here’s what has been capturing the attention of our people lately.
In the last election, there were four citizen initiatives on the ballot, designed to overturn laws passed by the heavily-Democrat legislature, that directed large amounts of taxpayer money to “green” industries and increased the prices of everything we buy with no other visible benefits. The ballot titles were written by the Democrat Secretary of State and were terribly misleading. As a result, only one initiative passed, the one that overturned the law banning the use of natural gas in homes and businesses (requiring home and business owners to replace their heating and cooking systems with electric, at enormous expense).
Per the above article, the moment that initiative passed, lawsuits were filed to throw out the will of the people, and put the law back into effect. The Rulers just couldn’t accept that the citizens don’t want what they are selling. Those rulers know that the courts hearing their suit are heavily Leftist and they are likely to prevail. Readers should see the comments on that post.
Welcome to Glorious Washington.

It seems that the local school districts are salted with child sex predators. We do know that those teachers are well protected by their union, and it is difficult to fire a misbehaving teacher. Children are placed at risk daily.
Welcome to Glorious Washington.

Yes, legislators want to allow non-citizens to carry firearms and arrest citizens. What could possibly go wrong?
Welcome to glorious Washington.

Our money supports illegal aliens. We did not consent to this.
Welcome to glorious Washington.
Glorious Washington?
And even more gloriousness.
Welcome to Glorious Washington State.

If our rulers are able to enact everything they want, they may find that they will have fewer citizens to tax, as people leave the state for more welcoming areas. We are considering it. I am prepared to say farewell to a Washington that is rapidly losing its glory.
Oh yeah, one more from today.
