It just keeps getting worse: Dispatch from the Urban Jungle that is Seattle

You know, this is rapidly getting old. The constant stories of drug gangs, murders of innocents, rising homeless camps that were cleared recently, and teachers molesting students. What haven’t we seen going down in the Seattle area? The crime rate is going higher, streets are more dangerous (even in nicer neighborhoods), judges still release prolific offenders back onto the streets, and the public’s concerns are not addressed. A certain amount of this can be blamed on voters who continually elect leftists to their city and county councils, expecting things to change (but of course, they never do). As I have pointed out before, anyone not a leftist who runs for office in Western Washington can pretty much expect to be hung out to dry by the social-media mobs, and moderates and conservatives value their families and their jobs, so they just don’t run. Here’s a sampling of the crap that citizens have to put up with in our area.

The big story this week is the King County Metro bus driver who was stabbed to death in the University District. The ostensible reason? He left his side window open. Here’s the story from KOMO News. And here’s something from citizen journalists.

The linked story is from another local “news” outlet, with citizen commentary.

Jonathan Choe has been a fantastic chronicler of the descent of Seattle into a cesspool of crime, homelessness, drug addiction, and filth. The Chinatown-International District in the south part of Seattle is the home of many elderly Asians, whose retirement is being lost to this filth. Tammy Morales, the city council representative for that district has totally neglected it for her entire term in office, and her decision not to run for re-election brought cheers from nearly everyone. Here’s a news story.

In Renton, farther south of Seattle, a convicted felon on home monitoring cut off his ankle bracelet, and is now being sought as “armed and dangerous”. A licensed marijuana grower was found to have been selling into the illegal market (the state heavily taxes dealers and users). And the Snohomish County K-9 unit has arrested two different drug dealers and seized stocks.

Seattle prosecutors are arresting and charging graffiti artists with felonies now. The chances that they will be released and go back to their artistry are pretty good, as we all know.

We make the national news now. Dubious distinction.

Happy Holidays! Amazon workers go on strike, a 12-year-old kid is in the hospital after being hit by bullets from an adult altercation, and Federal Way police arrest a second suspect in the restaurant parking-lot shooting that killed a 2-year-old girl.

In other news, the Lynnwood Post Office has to curtail hours due to vandalism, and the juvenile detention facility has 8 drug overdoses in a short time.

And that’s only what’s happening right now! Here’s what we can expect in the new year, with our new governor and more heavily-Democrat legislature.

And while the average citizen of our state is struggling with high and increasing costs of living, this is what King County spends taxpayer money on.

Merry Christmas from the Puget Sound area.

The homelessness-industrial complex in Seattle-King County and the entire Puget Sound region is a gigantic grift and money laundering operation. The executives of the politically connected “non-profits” are paid from taxpayer dollars, and the ‘non-profits” donate to the campaign funds of the leftist politicians that direct the money to them. And all the while, the homelessness problem gets worse and worse. They don’t actually want to solve the homelessness and drug abuse problems – they’re way too lucrative for them.

You should let your readers know about the attack on a UPS driver last week in Belltown area. UPS driver delivering packages in an alleyway, when some dude in black SUV was angry that UPS guy wouldn’t move his truck until after he finished his drop off. When UPS driver returned to alleyway, the SUV owner rammed him into a wall with the vehicle, and proceeded to beat the shit out of the UPS driver while he was pinned to the wall. UPS driver left with broken pelvis, severe facial damage. Suspect still at large. Belltown area has become one non stop open market for drugs on every dam corner

My leftist daughter and son-in-law wasted no time getting out of Seattle after their daughter was born in early 2023. They live just outside of Olympia now. We’re hoping they’ll leave Washington altogether, but it’s better than nothing.

Seattle = Government by Granola or Dumpsters Without Borders …

    – Graffiti everywhere *
    – Homeless tents everywhere
    – Scuzzy mobile homes everywhere
    – Dope zombies wobbling everywhere
    – Murder is basically legal **
    – No cops appear after 9-1-1 call-ins after assaults ***
    – All inner city traffic slows to a crawl as the PC mayor chops right lanes into bike lanes ****
    – Crappy streets like a cookie crushed in your fist

Seattle is a typical Scuzball Demcity …

Abandon Hope All Ye Who Enter Here!!

    * Seattle graffiti is detailed, with three or even four color application; the vandals take a lot of time and care, meaning, the authorities pass by, they don’t care.
** Three close friends/family members murdered over the past 4 years.
*** 2 months ago I was spit upon by a homeless dude in heavily trafficked Queen Anne mall; called 9-1-1: no cops arrived.
**** Nobody really rides bikes in Seattle (too many hills); they ride motorized bikes/scooters
