In Pierce County, Washington, a young girl student wrestler has a match with another wrestler (girls category), who, unbeknownst to her, was a BOY! Cosplaying as a girl (phrase from Pierce County Sheriff Keith Swank), the boy digitally penetrated his female opponent.
This story is all over the internet, including that the County Prosecutor REFUSED TO FILE CHARGES AGAINST THE BOY! Prosecutor Mary Robnett needs to be called out, loudly and continuously until she does the right thing! Another very important point in this fiasco is that the female victim did not know that her opponent was a boy! That in itself is a violation, in more ways than one. This article at KOMO gives the story.
Washington State coddles parents who “trans” their young children, and the legislature supports it. In any other place with common sense, the boy would be prosecuted as a sex offender! In Washington he gets off scot-free. This needs to stop!
Regardless of whether the prosecutor decides to file charges, THIS WAS SEXUAL ASSAULT! The family is already suing the school district, and the situation is a clear Title IX violation. Sheriff Swank is already asking the Human Rights Division of the DOJ, run by Harmeet Dhillon, to investigate. From the KOMO article:
The complaint stems from a Dec. 6, 2025, girls wrestling tournament at Rogers High School. The student alleged her opponent, who was transgender, digitally penetrated her over her wrestling suit during a match.
“Unknown to her and her mother—but known to WIAA and school officials—one of the wrestlers she faced was a male,” the lawsuit said.
This situation is rightly called “Orwellian,” due to this excerpt from the novel Nineteen Eighty-Four.

Please, Readers, ADD YOUR VOICES TO THE CLAMOR FOR CHARGES TO BE FILED AGAINST THE BOY! And then, be sure to vote YES on the initiative disallowing Boys in Girls sports in Washington, that will be on the ballot in November. This initiative is a MUST PASS to protect the girls of Washington State from having to compete with BOYS in all their sports.
One piece of good news.
This long post is especially good today.
Let’s make one thing very clear: signing up for girls’ wrestling is in NO way a permission slip for sexual assault. As
@ADFLegal explained in our lawsuit: “Digital penetration falls outside the scope of implied consent to participating in athletics because, under normal circumstances of girls wrestling, it is not a reasonably foreseeable hazard from the perspective of a girl wrestler. Nor is sexual assault or groping generally accepted by society as part of any lawful athletic contest.” Also: girls who sign up for girls’ wrestling aren’t consenting to wrestle boys. Kallie Keeler was betrayed by multiple adults in authority, who knowingly allowed her to wrestle a male without her knowledge or consent. They bear responsibility for what happened to her—and they are continuing to put female wrestlers in harm’s way through their actions and policies. That’s why, besides suing governing bodies
@waOSPI, and the Puyallup School District, we’re also suing: – State superintendent Chris Reykdal – Kallie’s principal – Her school district’s Title IX coordinator – Her opponent’s coach … and not just in their official capacities, but as individuals. I’m also glad to hear the local prosecutor is reportedly still considering action against those who failed to report the sexual assault, as required by law. These mandatory reporters should have reported the incident within 48 hours but waited 53 days. They should face consequences. We won’t rest until Kallie gets justice—and girls in Washington state get their sports back.
I also want to add a note about my own beliefs in relation to the problem of boys in girls sports. As a Woman, I don’t think that girls should be engaging in the “sports” of boxing and wrestling in the first place. The sports where women fight each other are an excellent example of the coarsening of the Culture. Beauty and refinement go out the door when women fight.
Womens bodies are different from mens bodies, and more fragile for a reason (they are the sole bearers of children). Injuries are more damaging, and strength is less than for men. Today’s girls are already more violent than ever in human history, and they don’t need to be engaging in sports that are that risky. This entire field of sports in a product of the Radical Feminism that told girls that they can be the equal of boys in every realm. That’s a big lie, and has been detrimental to girls and women for decades. Let girls be girls, and leave the violent sports to the boys.
