And yes, I do mean to shout. The Primary and General elections in the Democrat-Ruled State of Washington are the most significant for the survival of our state, and its ability to continue as a “going concern.” We have already seen the departure or announcements of departure of large companies that in the past, made Washington as prominent as it is today, in the fields of technology, aerospace, and hospitality. Starbucks announced that it is opening a new headquarters in Nashville, and it is already laying off home-office staff in Seattle. Amazon has vacated some of its offices in Seattle, and is moving some to Bellevue and opening offices in other states. Boeing is moving more and more work to its new South Carolina assembly plant. FIRST, the Primary Election on August 3. Primary elections are rarely important, and many voters ignore it, since normally they just weed out party candidates, but this year is much different. Snohomish County has put a TAX INCREASE MEASURE on the Primary Ballot this year, and it MUST be voted DOWN! Now, this is a Fire/EMT “Levy”, and the increase in tax rate will be SIX PERCENT over the previous levy. As is normal for the LEFT, the information on the levy urges you to vote yourself higher taxes, or they will CUT essential services. That is a Big, Fat LIE. No government entity in Washington is expected to cut its costs, be efficient, or live within its means. Every agency keeps expanding, spending more and more, regardless, because they can just keep raising taxes on the citizens. Now, you have a choice! Vote Down the new tax increase! The legislature has already increased the cost of everything you buy and use. Don’t let them do it again!
We all know that the Democrat-dominated Legislature has telegraphed, stated in public, and passed laws that raise existing tax rates and add new taxes that affect everyone in Washington. The costs of everything we buy, use, and subscribe to, have been rising sharply, and are due to rise into the future with NO end point. Gas taxes and the minimum wage, which figure into every single thing transacted in Washington are set to rise every single year, literally without end. And the Democrats, this year, finally passed their fondest wish for our state, an Income Tax. To start, they set the law to only apply to “millionaires”, those defined as “earning” over a million dollars a year. However, that only means a $1 million EXEMPTION for HOUSEHOLDS (married couples each have a $500,000 exemption); that exemption level may be reduced at ANY time by a simple majority vote in the legislature, and they have already stated that they intend to do just that.
EXCLUSIVE: Internal records reveal Washington’s “millionaire’s tax” may be about more than just taxing high earners. Emails obtained by The Center Square show that some lawmakers and AG staff discussed using the law to force the state Supreme Court to reconsider a nearly 100-year-old ruling that blocks a broader income tax. That ruling defines income as property, limiting how it can be taxed. If overturned, it could pave the way for a progressive income tax on all Washingtonians, not just millionaires. The 9.9% tax is already facing legal challenges ahead of its planned 2028 rollout.
So, we know the Democrats want a progressive income tax on all earners, and it will simply rise and rise forever, as their “wants” can never be satisfied.
As of today, it looks like the Initiative 645 petition to REPEAL the income tax will be on the ballot in November. The Public Employee Unions who sponsored the bill in the first place, have already started their lies about what will happen if the law is repealed. Since the tax doesn’t even START until 2028, NO funds spent by the government can be “lost”! EVERY WASHINGTON STATE VOTER MUST VOTE YES ON THIS INITIATIVE TO REPEAL THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL INCOME TAX!
And, in order to make sure the tax is repealed, voters must vote OUT all the Ferguson-appointed Supreme Court Justices who were appointed solely to declare the Income Tax Constitutional, in clear violation of the State Constitution, which forbids an income tax. Ferguson got to appoint FIVE new justices in the last year, because five sitting justices were “persuaded” to retire or quit, just so he could appoint five of his far-left henchmen. Below are the candidates that should be voted IN, in November.
