The Southern Poverty Law Center, one of the largest and most virulent spewers of Leftist Hate Propaganda, was recently charged by Trump’s Department of Justice with multiple counts of fraud, both wire fraud and financial fraud. The SPLC has been publishing what they called a “Hate Map”, tracking American organizations they deemed to be “spreading hate” in our country. Well, it was discovered that the center itself was actually FUNDING many of the so-called right-wing hate organizations. Yes, THEY, themselves were found to be the source of most of the “hate” washing over our country.

Per the indictment: an SPLC field source was a member of the online leadership chat group that planned the 2017 “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville — made racist postings under SPLC supervision and helped coordinate transportation to the event.
FBI Director Kash Patel: “They lied to their donors, vowing to dismantle violent extremist groups, and actually turned around and paid the leaders of these very extremist groups — even utilizing the funds to have these groups facilitate the commission of state and federal crimes.”
Acting AG Todd Blanche: “The SPLC is manufacturing racism to justify its existence. Using donor money to allegedly profit off Klansmen cannot go unchecked.”

this is textbook stochastic terrorism…dehumanizing rhetoric that lowers the psychological threshold for violence by framing the target as an existential pathogen rather than a human being.
The SPLC knows exactly what it’s doing.
They’ve done it before…Family Research Council, 2012, attacker explicitly cited their “hate map.”
They keep the map, keep the grift, keep the body count.
These are not misguided activists.
They are ideological psychopaths operating a multi-hundred-million-dollar defamation-and-incitement racket dressed in the rotting skin of “civil rights.”
Legally, the pattern is damning:
repeated false light defamation, negligent endangerment of identifiable individuals, and the foreseeable creation of a public hazard under Restatement (Second) of Torts § 302B.
The FBI already severed ties.
Congress is dragging them into hearings.
Civil suits are inevitable.
And they should be…RICO-level inevitable…because when a so-called “nonprofit” systematically otherizes American citizens, monetizes the panic, and then feigns horror when the predictable bullet arrives, that is not protected speech.
That is enterprise-level facilitation of political homicide.
Charlie Kirk wasn’t “controversial.”
He was effective.

Their entire business model is psychological warfare:
